The Brief
A thorough design brief is a critical part of the design process. We sit with the clients to discuss their vision, life styles and aspirations then list the requirements, review project timeline & budget and visit the project site.
Concept Design
We assess the brief and provide concept design, including the proposed floor plans and present the overall scheme, FF&E Layouts, mood boards and material samples as well as reference images of proposed furniture and joinery.
We discuss with the client the approximate cost and establish a timeline.
At this stage we involve the client in every aspect to review and finalise the design, to make sure all requirements are met.
Design Development
We present the final selected finishes, layouts, lighting, joinery drawings and interior architectural drawings, furniture for the client to approve.
At this stage also we present a breakdown of the cost inline with the timeframe.
3D Realization
Project Management
(Manufacturing & Construction)
At this stage we work closely with our suppliers, subcontractors, joinery to ensure the project runs smoothly as per agreed timescale, quality finishes and make sure our client receives regular updates on the project development.
Procurement
In addition to FF&E and dressing packages, we also offer a procurement service. Using our network of local, international suppliers and fabricators to ensure the finest production quality and the best trade discounts.
Build and refurbishment management
We provide full build management, whether that is with one of our trusted existing contractors, or with the client preferred contractors. we build the gap between the contractor and the client, streamlining the work process and improve workflow.
Finalising & Handover
We coordinate the delivery and monitor the installation of the furnishings then completing the final styling and dressing, We oversee the snagging and proceed to handover the project to our client.
